No, community tours are free of cost.

Approval status will regularly be determined within 24- 48 hours.
Approval fees will include a $75 application fee per person, a $200 administration fee, security deposit determined by the applicant's credit score. Upon move-in, prorated rent is due.
Qualifications for approval will be based solely on credit score and meeting the income requirement. Background checks are also completed for all applicants.
Payments can be made 24/7 through the online resident portal or by certified funds, personal check or money order in the leasing office during business hours.
You are able to make a one-time payment or set up ACH payments to reoccur monthly via Rent Café. A registration code and payment instructions will be provided at move-in.
The Ardmore Advantage package is $125/ month. This rate includes valet waste, pest control, cable and internet services. Water and sewer will be billed monthly and paid with resident rent payment. Additional monthly fees include but are not limited to garage rentals, pet rent fees and for those enrolled in the community renters insurance program.
Yes, liability insurance is required to attain prior to move in. You may choose any third party provider with a minimum coverage of $100,000.
Utilities such as water/sewer and electric are separate additional costs to your monthly rent.
Tenants will be billed for water and sewer by East Side Utility, this is paid directly to the community. Electric services must be transferred to tenants possession by contacting the Electric Power Board.
The community is prewired for both cable and internet services through AT&T and included in the Ardmore Advantage package.
Resident referral fee's are contigent on resident account status. Ask our team for additional details.
|Our community policies are enforced to all residents, guests and visitors. All rules are considered part of the lease contract.|
There will be no price reduction for advanced payments or signing longer leases.
A new security deposit will be required for new community.
"Replacing a resident, subletting, assignment, or granting a right or license to occupy is allowed only with authorization and written consent from management. Replacement or added residents must submit an application and qualify per our rental guidelines and screening procedures. Additional documentation and consent is required by all parties before removing or adding a resident or transferring a lease agreement. Contact the office for more details."
To terminate the lease agreement, a buy out fee equivalet to one month's rent is required upon submission of the 60 day notice. Any concessions granted during that lease term will be paid back at that time.

Our fully equipped fitness center offers a variety of equipment featuring Echelon and Matrix cardio and endurance with touchscreen displays. We also have a custom X-Lab Torque Rig offering a variety of weight and plyometric workout options. Unsure of where to start? Try out the Echelon Reflect which offers endless guided workout options. The city noise ordinance is in effect for the community. Quiet hours start at 10pm to 8am. Communal spaces are designated for use by Ardmore Residents and their alotted guest.

Our community is pet friendly. We love our furrever residents!
Pet fees are non-refundable, one-time cost of $350 for the first pet, $250 for the second pet. Pet rent is $15/ month per pet. All residents must complete a petscreening prior to move in through PetScreening.com. There is a cost associated with the screening.
Breed Restrictions apply to Rottweiler, Doberman, Chows, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, and Wolf-Hybrids.
Our community will feature a leashless dog park.
All homes are furnished with stainless steel GE appliances including a mounted microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, Stove, Dishwasher. Our apartments also come furnished with brand new GE washer and dryers.

No, it is not required for tenants to be present for work order completion.
Our apartments feature keyless door entry which is accessible through a resident app making lost keys a thing of the past. However, should you need a key to enter your apartment, you can contact the leasing office during business hours for assistance. Please note identification must be verified to assist with a residential lockout. We do not provide after-hour lock-out services. Residents are responsible for contacting a locksmith.
